TODAY,TOGETHER,WE ARE GOING TO START A MOVEMENT

"today, together, we're going to start a movement" Iconic words used by Mark Zuckerberg the young founder of social media juggernaut Facebook, when he was addressing a 2007 audience of investors. That's our sentiments exactly, we are working at creating a movement and like Mr Zuckerberg we do not intend to do this alone,we are looking at getting everyone involved. We are working at changing the way young people think, act and are perceived by society. This is work in progress, we don't know it all,but with you we will figure it out and make it happen. The basic idea is to seek out everyone's potential and give them a platform to showcase it.

Hoodieville is very Keen on working with writers...all of them...journalist,screen writers or even playwrights. Young inexperienced but daring and gutsy.Yes we need folks with guts..fear doesn't exist in here,we dream and we turn that dream into reality, that's the Hoodieville way. Artists are very welcome as well and will be working with us in creating hoodieville merchandise. There are many other projects that will pop up and with the help of our team and all of you out there, we will create crazy content for the hoodieville website.

We are coming up with innovative ways of connecting people through their work, talent, and ideas and we hope that will help boost the morale of today's youth who are inundated with so much negativity. We are creating this website for everyone to get involved in - content,applications,news,merchandise....everything - and with that we hope to change the way people communicate with each other. It's starting small and with your help and participation we will create a global phenomenon. Today , Together , we are going to start a MOVEMENT!!

DEDICATION!!!

Hello folks! Today I'm going to write about dedication. Dedication is something you don't find everywhere in fact it's something just a few people have hence the reason they are at the top of their game, We all talk about being successful or wanting to be successful but the one thing we lack is the dedication and the passion that is required to make ourselves as successful as we crave to be. Dedication requires a whole lot of sacrifice which a lot of us in this day and age are not willing to make...The sacrifice of maybe not having a social life for a while, the sacrifice of losing some sleep , and most importantly sacrificing our time and energy to the project we are doing. I remember walking down the road at 4am after a night out and i saw this kid practicing some skateboard moves...now that's dedication...dedication is not leaving the singing booth for four hours straight until a certain note was reached-that was P.diddy a few weeks ago- Dedication is having a couple of hours of sleep to create a search engine even when all the 'experts' thought it would be a failure...well who's laughing now...Google is the biggest thing on the Internet right now. For one to be so dedicated one must be passionate about something...one must not take no for an answer and one must always look at the big picture. Here are just a few people who understand the meaning of the word DEDICATION

ROCKY ROCKS!!

Hello Folks! I've been watching the Apprentice lately  and was quite inspired by the young man named Rocky who's accomplished  alot at the tender age of 21. This is an excerpt i got from the BBC website, hope you get inspired!!

Rocky is this year's youngest candidate and already earns more than the salary on offer from Sir Alan.  He left school at 16 to pursue a football career with Middlesbrough United but was soon diagnosed with arthritis making it impossible to continue. A year later, Rocky decided to start up a lucrative sandwich business which now includes 15 shops across the North East of England.

He says: "For me business is about hard-work, attention to detail, being willing to make mistakes and learning from these mistakes."
